We were approached by numerous agents wanting to sell our property for us. We engaged in discussions with a number of them whose advice (according to their best understanding of the market and our property) was that we should list with them as soon as possible for an immediate sale.
Anthony demonstrated intimate understanding of the real estate market for a unique property like ours (a small acreage, with 2 homes). He took the time to understand our situation and the kind of buyer that would be interested in our home and the lifestyle that it offered.
He offered us sound advice without any pressure to list with him. He did not offer an inflated evaluation, or lead us on with any kind of false promises even when we were nervous about selling and we could have been persuaded with false hopes.
He advised us to wait for the market to improve before listing our property which proved to be the best advice that anyone could have offered us. So we waited about a year before listing our home during which time we did the things around the property that Anthony advised would be meaningful in the eyes of a buyer. No renovations, just tidying up and making the property presentable.
He was upfront about the costs of selling with Blueprint Property (which was less than the other agencies and offered a lot more). There were NO hidden extras or additional costs. His marketing approach highlighted the best aspects of our property and we were pleased with how it was presented to potential buyers. The photographers went to amazing efforts to show the very best of the property and their interior design ideas made the interior photos classy without misrepresenting anything to a potential buyer.
And what about the result?
We sold to a wonderful family who fell in love with the unique features of our home and appreciated the life they could have there.
By listing with Anthony and following his advice we sold in about 4 weeks for $900,000 more than what the other agencies were advising us to sell for 18 months earlier.

"Just Extraordinary"

I wanted to pass on our thoughts on Joe Elias. We have had our fairly long term tenant vacate our Harris Park property.
Joe undertook a final inspection of our apartment and recommended a number of issues that should be addressed to have a better chance of obtaining a good tenant and a rent increase.
We needed the hot water unit, carpet, clothes dryer, bathroom vanity and blinds all replaced. Along with the apartment repainted, brighter lighting installed and a couple of odd jobs undertaken.
Joe coordinated everything to perfection within an excellent time frame. The Strata company needed to be contacted, all quotes obtained and trades people organised (and costs negotiated) including access. He updated us and kept us in the loop on a very regular basis. The detail of these updates was well and truly beyond expectations. A timeline was provided outlining when all aspects would be completed including when the property would be available to be advertised and when inspections could take place. Everything in this timeline fell into place perfectly. We are now on the way to having an excellent tenant in place.
I have passed on our appreciation to Joe and he modestly puts it down to "it's my job". It may well be but the standard to which he does "his job" is just extraordinary. We have a small number of properties across 3 states and we have get good service for all of them but what we have experienced from Blueprint is just above and beyond. I assume Belinda is still with you as she has also been awesome with our Blacktown apartment. I also must mention Amina who also been most accommodating and made our life so mush easier.
You have a brilliant team working with you and we cannot be more appreciative of the exceptional service we are experiencing with Blueprint!
